Steptoe Solitude
Solitude is not my strong suit. I don’t care to be isolated from people; even when I am working on something by myself, I prefer to have other people around me to some degree. But I was challenged to give it a shot, so I ventured up to Steptoe Butte. Things were rather quiet for the first couple of hours, but picked up toward the end of my time there. Being there midday meant the lighting was not ideal for photos, but it’s hard to complain about what I saw. Be sure to check out the pano and the time-lapse at the end of the post.
